My fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house is available for rent from July 1, 2025 through summer 2026. 6 month stay is possible as... well. The house is 1500 square feet total, with a main ground floor and a basement floor. Each floor can function as a separated off unit with its own entrance, kitchen, and bathroom. If you’d like to just rent one of the floors and not the whole house, I can adjust the price.
