* No previous evictions.
* Each adult must apply, pay for, and obtain credit & background checks (part of the $45 non-refundable application fee).
* Each adult must provide address info for at least the previous 3 years and at least 2 previous residences w/ landlord contact info.
* Emergency Contact Required for each adult.
* Prior to applying, we advise groups of 3 or more non-related applicants to check with the city for non-related occupancy ordinances.

*Pets: One small dog under 20 lbs allowed with approval. Additional $50 in pet rent and $500 pet deposit will be required.
