The bathroom on the main floor is a ¾ bath but the listing would not allow me to mark it as such. This home was owner-occupied for 11 years. I have been renting it for the last 5 years. The house has an entirely separate apartment in the basement that is currently inhabited by a quiet, kind, respectful, and clean tenant who has also been there for 1 year. It is essential that whoever moves into this unit communicates and problem-solves well with the basement tenant.

I will be doing some minor work on the unit and painting as the current tenants are getting ready to move out. Photos are from a previous move-out. The red bedroom is now gray.
