This new property is in a great neighborhood, conveniently located across the street from Ridge View Elementary and Mountain Ridge High School. The Mountainview Shopping center is just down the street which has a Cinemark, Harmons, Costco, and many... high-end shops like Anthropologie, Lululemon, Bohme, Buckle and notable restaurants. In addition, you will have access to a pool and clubhouse (upon reservation).

The townhome is an end unit with a front porch where you could enjoy outdoor seating and view of the mountains.
