This is a unique living situation so I’d like to explain as best as I can to make sure it’s the right fit! I (36f) own the home. My young adult son (19m) lives here full time. He owns a cat. We occupy the two rooms in the basement, one room is his, the other is mine and my youngest sons (whenever we come stay). I have another home that I stay at with my younger son and dogs most of the time. Because of this, you will have majority of the main living space to yourselves. The living room is all yours! The kitchen is partially shared. The fridge is emptied for your use, and half of the cupboard space is available for your use. The bathroom is shared with some space available in the vanity for your things. The laundry room is downstairs but is also a shared space. The bedrooms and living room will be unfurnished for you to have space for your own things. Our house has a fully fenced yard, great for dogs and kids, with a playset in the backyard.
A little bit about my family: We are busy bodies. On the go. We are pretty easy-going, open minded.
