This home sits right on the Park City Golf Course, a beautiful public 18-hole course, and puts you in the middle of everything that makes Park City great. You're less than five minutes from downtown Park City and the base of Park City Mountain Resort, about 10 minutes to Deer Valley, and under 10 to Canyons. Move in just in time for ski season, then spend the warmer months golfing, hiking, and mountain biking right out your door.
Step inside and the main living, dining, and kitchen area is the heart of the home, with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the room with light and look straight out to the backyard. The kitchen matches that same rustic character, with new appliances, plenty of storage, and the same great views out to the backyard. The light fixtures throughout are new, and there's a big ceiling fan over the living area. A glass door leads right out to the wooded patio, one of the best parts of the house, whether you're entertaining or just enjoying the backyard. Deer, turkey, and other wildlife wander through regularly, so the windows and patio give you a front-row seat. There's also a small storage shed for bikes, outdoor equipment, or anything else you don't want taking up garage space.
The entry works as a practical mudroom with access to the two-car garage. Just off the entry is a bonus room with a fireplace and plenty of natural light, great as an office, den, or second living space.
