2 bedrooms in a house close to campus and Liberty Park

We have 2 bedrooms available in a 3-bedroom house located in a quiet neighborhood a 7-minute drive, or a 9-minute bus trip (+some walking) to the University of Utah (the Stadium), and a quick walk to Liberty Park. Perfect for students looking for a... focused study environment close to campus. One bedroom is already occupied by our son, a Biochemistry sophomore.

One bedroom is on the ground floor, and it is about 11' 5" x 9'. The bathroom is shared. This bedroom is fully furnished with a brand new twin XL bed, mattress, adjustable desk, and chair. Rent: $825.

The other bedroom is in the basement, and it is about 12' 1" x 10’ 9”. The bathroom is private. This bedroom is also fully furnished with a Murphy queen bed, mattress, brand new adjustable desk, and chair. Rent: $925.

The shared living room is nicely furnished with a couch, coffee table, chair, TV stand, and a 55" TV. The shared kitchen is equipped with appliances, pots and pans, and other kitchen stuff. There is a small dining area with a round table and chairs.

The house has AC, and the air filtration system. Washer and dryer are in the basement.

There is a nice grassy area with patio furniture on the side of the house. There is also mini gym/workout room with a bench and weights.

There is ample parking space on the street in front of the house, and plenty of storage in the garage, basement, and shed.

Students will pay ⅓ of the total monthly, gas, water, trash, and electricity fees (Internet is included). We have a solar panel, which lowers electricity bills.

The rooms are available starting July 12 for a 12-month lease (both starting date and lease duration negotiable).
