* Each adult must provide address info for at least the previous 3 years and at least 2 previous residences w/ landlord contact info.
* Emergency Contact Required for each adult.
* Prior to applying, we advise groups of 3 or more non-related applicants to check with the city for non-related occupancy ordinances.
* Pets: No pets allowed.

Additional deposit may be required if all the requirements above are not met, if cosigners are required, etc. If using Obligo deposit free option, the maximum coverage is 1.5x rent.
