You're in South Salt Lake, just a couple of streets off the Sugar House line, so the coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, and Sugar House Park are all right there when you want them. You also... get quick access to I-80 and I-15 for getting across town or up to the canyons, plus a calm place to come home to at the end of the day.
At 630 square feet, it's a smart one bedroom that uses every inch well. Step inside to an open living and dining area with natural hardwood floors, a big window that pulls in great afternoon light, and a ceiling fan to keep the air moving. The modern gray paint feels current, there's a smart lock on the front door for keyless entry, and the unit is wired for Google Fiber, so you can plug into fast internet from day one. The layout gives you real room for a living space and a dining nook without feeling tight.
The kitchen has a great little galley layout with newer stainless steel appliances throughout.
