This is a new home that I built next to my existing home. The home has Radiant Floor Heating and Central Air Conditioning. Mostly new appliances. Utilities are included in the rent. A one car Garage 12'X30' comes with it and... there is some storage shelfs in there to store stuff. There is an additional parking space as well. The home is set back off of 8000 west and is kind of private and has a country feel around it. Easy access to the 201 freeway and about 30 minutes from down town Salt Lake City. A very nice place you can call home. This is a new built House behind my existing house. I have 4 large raised bed garden planters for you to use if you want to plant a garden. Smith's is right a crossed the street for food shopping and there are fast food places close as well. Your income needs to be at lest 3 times the rent to qualify, I will run a complete back ground and credit check. Thanks for looking at the Copper Cottage. It really is a very nice place and I think you'll be happy here.
