- Full house Enevive water filtration system with UV technology and water softener. The basement kitchen also has its own reverse osmosis water tap and the water tastes and feels amazing. This may seem like a small benefit, but it's honestly life-changing. We ask the tenants to help us fill the water softener with salt twice a month (we provide the salt).

- This is a newer home with upgraded 5 inch baseboards, upgraded door knobs, soft-close cabinets, and modern appliances.

- All utilities, including high speed wireless internet are included (Google Fiber). Tenant is responsible for proof of renter's insurance.

- Room for 1-2 vehicles to park OFF THE STREET. No more than 2 vehicles allowed. Vehicles are required to park off street.
