All bedrooms are located upstairs. Two bedrooms have queens, one has a twin bunkbed, and the master has a king. The master has a huge walk-in closet. The house has 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. There is plenty of seating in the living room area and also at the kitchen island. The twin bunk room has a large desk for all your remote work needs. Fully fenced private backyard with plenty of outdoor seating and a firepit! The kitchen is fully stocked to meet all your cooking needs! Although the driveway is long, the turning radius is a bit tight, so be sure to check with your host first if bringing large vehicles. Guests will have access to the entire home, garage, and driveway parking. Utah has a high desert climate, and as such, there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal change, such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare, but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.
