A 3-car garage provides ample storage. Surrounded by scenic mountain views and with easy access to hiking, biking, skiing, and more, this 12-month rental blends comfort, space, and location.

Available August 1st for a 12+ month lease only. First and last month's rent, as well as a $7,500 security deposit are required prior to moving in. No pets. No smoking.

UTILITIES: As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay: electricity, gas, phone (optional), internet, and satellite or cable TV. The resident is required to have an active Renter's Insurance Policy during the duration of the lease. Resident(s) must obtain new Utah Driver's Licenses with the Property address listed as the primary address to satisfy Summit County Tax Requirements and must show proof of change within a specific timeframe.

NEIGHBORHOOD: Jeremy Ranch is known for its outdoor recreational opportunities. Hiking, biking, golfing, and skiing are just a stone's throw away.
