Location Located in Summit Park, a quiet mountain community perfectly positioned between Salt Lake City (30 min) and Park City (under 30 min). Canyons Village is under 20 minutes away. Solitude, Brighton, Alta, Snowbird, and the Cottonwood Canyon resorts are about 45 minutes in good conditions.
Walking and mountain biking trails are accessible directly from the neighborhood. Great for EPIC and ICON pass holders.

Residents may use the 2-car garage and driveway.
