Pretty good experience so far. Quiet, clean, and friendly. My only complaints would be the same complaints anyone would have, and are things that just happen. Frequent water shutoffs, and other maintenance issues such as the elevator being down, but I understand that these issues just happen, or must happen.

The turnover has affected things. It could be better but the staff that actually stick around seem to care. Current staff is attentive. The buildings are historic and things aren’t perfect but the location is great. Utilities are really high but rent is reasonable.

I am going on 5 years here. The historical charm is vibrant! It makes my heart happy to see the creative utilization of spaces like the Gym and the Laundry room. Pet friendly with trails and beautiful walks for you and your pup! My favorite part about my studio is the light, wood floors, and views of the mountains! Great for someone looking for a quiet lifestyle walking distance from Downtown Salt Lake City (The fastest growing city in the nation)!
