Downtown Commons I is located in the beautiful historical Avenues neighborhood (D Street & First Avenue) and was formerly used as University of Utah off-site dorm housing, along with our sister property Downtown Commons II (South Temple location) just 3 blocks away at 43 S 400 E.

* No credit okay as many are students, co-signer okay, financial aid/savings all okay too

Lease Options

* Group of 3–4? You can rent the entire unit!
* Leases typically go through 7/31 - Option to end lease 5/31 (rent will be higher)
