The kitchen includes new appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator, garbage disposal, microwave, and gas stove/oven.
The hallway leads to a newly remodeled bathroom, the primary bedroom with a remodeled en suite bathroom, and the second bedroom. Laundry hookups are located in the second bedroom. Washer and dryer are not included.
Two parking spaces are provided with the unit.
